Whiffen stopped all 49 shots as the Harbour Grace Ocean Enterprises CeeBee Stars blanked the St. John's Green Sleeves Caps 2-0 in an Avalon East Senior Hockey League semifinal series contest Monday night. The Game 4 win gives the CeeBees a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series with Game 5 this coming Saturday at the Danny Cleary Community Centre in Harbour Grace. The CeeBees are undefeated in 14 games at home this season. At the Goulds Sports Arena, Colin Feehan and Andrew Fenwick had the CeeBees' goals. Kyle Downer saw 41 shots in net. Next up in AESHL playoff action is Game 5 of the Puglisevich Southern Shore Breakers and Tapper's Northeast Eagles series this Friday, 8 p.m., at the Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay.
